I received a call yesterday that woke me up from sleep at 8:30am— they stated do not eat after midnight. I had possibly misheard them saying or drink. As someone who gets yearly labs, water & black coffee are ok when drawing blood. The anesthesiologist was slightly rude when asking why I had drank water where in the text last night it had not said anything about no water. She did say that they just needed to know what you could do better about that but I felt chastised— especially when she stated that I drank 3/4ths or the water bottle when it was less than 1/4. Either way, good experience— thanks.

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, and Dr. Bays and the staff were all great. I was very nervous about everything going into it, but Dr. Bays took time to talk with me before the surgery about anything I was worried about. The staff that got me ready for the procedure was awesome, too. Everyone from the front desk to discharge did a spectacular job of making me feel calm about something I was very nervous about.

Was recommended here by 2 people from my job. From consultation to the day of procedure I was comfortable with this office! Scheduled apt in person, called to confirm the appointment but I wasn't on their schedule but down-payment was taken. Was able to reschedule, got a confirmation email and no other issues. Apt for 9:30, was asked to arrive 9:15. Arrived 9:16. Was taken in around 9:40. Didn't seem like a long wait to me Very helpful, sweet, nice staff I felt comfortable. DR. asked several times if I had questions to make sure I understood and had all my questions answered before the procedure. Staff helped me get cozy for the procedure and assisted alot afterwards while I woke up and got ready to leave. I would recommend this place to others! Gave a 4:5 only bc I had to reschedule & rearrange 1 weeks schedule / time I originally asked off work

I had my wisdom teeth surgery here and was not looking forward to it at all. The staff were all very nice and supporting.

I was disappointed when they sent an antibiotic that I'm allergic to to the pharmacy. I even confirmed they were aware of my allergy when I checked in. I also asked to see my teeth after the surgery and that did not happen nor was there an explanation why that didn't occur. After calling, they did send another antibiotic. Besides those two things, my experience was amazing.

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed today and had the best experience! Everyone was super nice and friendly and I loved that they explain everything to you and make sure to answer any questions you may have (: I was in and out, which helped everything feel like it went super smooth! My driver was also very appreciative that they kept him up to date, since he couldn’t come back to the room with me, letting him know I was doing great and helped that there’s a driver for them to explain everything to, especially when I was feeling all loopy lol.
